Job Description Objective: Desired Industry Segment: Medical Devices and Life sciences Technology Focus Areas: Engineering, R&D Services / Engineering Solution Design / Digital Engineering Roles & Responsibilities: Suitable candidate is expected to lead the existing and new business with in an Industry / vertical. The candidate is very focused on selling Engineering, R&D services with a domain focus into new and existing accounts in the industry segment. He/She is expected to know the industry solutions and new emerging trends. The role reports to the Head of Sales for DACH and Southern Europe Location: Germany / Switzerland Key requirements 10-15 years of relevant business development experience selling Engineering, R&D services to Fortune 500 customers Strong Domain understanding based on a vertical specialization. 5 + years of selling into a specific vertical is a critical aspect Knowledge of how the top 30 global industry leading organization operate and outsource Strong regional and cultural alignment is required Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships Must have a working knowledge of global delivery model Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in the specific industry segments Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multi-million-dollar engagements In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms Should have closed large deals for existing businesses from 1 to 10+ million USD to showcase run rate increase per annum Hunting mind set for new logos would be 500K to 3 million ACV. Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory Understanding of technology and vertical platforms to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
