Reporting to IT EBS Delivery Lead, this position is responsible for working with Business Partners, IT, and the business to support and deliver system solutions. This includes full understanding of end-to-end business processes of Logistics and Supply Chain including the Order to Cash process and how they are implemented in Oracle and boundary systems. This role requires hands-on business requirements, development, system design, and delivery experience. Responsibilities: Contribute as a core team member in all business system projects, primarily related, but not limited to, Celgene's Global Oracle EBS system. Core team member in additional digital capabilities supporting BMS's global product development and global product supply functions. Provide techno-functional support and implement Supply Chain solutions in Oracle EBS Provide day to day hands-on problem management, guidance, and support to the team Manage, prioritize, sequence project demand based on resource availability and timelines Ensure end to end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions Manage requirements development, functional design and technical design Provide recommendations on technology solutions to address business needs Configure and test Oracle R12 e-Business Suite Develop and document detailed program specifications, business process models and scenarios Determine the technical, interfacing and operational requirements to resolve Oracle EBS software issues Lead the configuration and administration of the Oracle EBS software as per business and technical requirements Participate in post-production software support and problem resolution Skills/Knowledge Required: Working experience & Education University degree. 15 years of overall work experience 10 years in complex projects delivery 3 years of Pharmaceutical Industry experience is a real plus Skills/Knowledge Hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (R12) Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Logistics and related Supply Chain applications Order to Cash integrations and EDI are mandatory Experience in Oracle e-Business suite best practices Good working knowledge of Oracle e-Business architecture and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Experience working with managed service support vendors Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate technical solution alternatives Ability to analyze and solve complex problems Expertise in delivering solutions with process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution; troubleshooting and issue resolution Ability to analyze and solve complex problems Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluency in written and spoken English). Strong presentation, facilitation, negotiation, collaboration and communication ability Demonstrated leadership, organizational, follow-up, strategic, critical and innovative thinking, problem solving and analytical skills Team player; open-minded, creative thinker Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously & critically assess pertinent information changes Ability to rapidly understand strategic objectives and create robust application solutions Capable of working effectively under pressure in a multi-cultural environment, at any level of the organization, with a variety of stakeholders. Work with senior-level functional management to gather ideas and opportunities for new development area. Ability to maintain a good working relationship with the Corporate IT team.
