Establishes and maintains the Operational Readiness Plan (ORP) for all operational activities in close cooperation with the Engineering/Construction project. Obtains relevant information from workstreams and ensures activities of the different workstreams are appropriately connected and predecessors implemented in the ORP via common milestones. Provides information for progress reporting, and forward looking planning. Responsible for establishing the Operational Readiness Plan (ORP) by combining individual discipline schedules to an integrated plan, and establishing links between activities to reflect relevant interdependencies. Coordinates workshops for collecting input from workstreams and translates this information from work plans to detailed schedules.
