SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER

To complete our highly motivated quality assurance team in Zurich, we are looking for A SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose new or improved technologies and processes to enhance product quality, interfaces , cost, and regulatory compliance


• Improvement of electronic data management system as per FDA 21CFR820 part 11


• Support in equipment lifecycle management (evaluation, design/development, qualification/validation, maintenance)


• Initiation, support and management of quality system related projects as lead or member of a cross-functional team


• Support in validation and qualification activities (product, process, devices)

THE PROFILE

• At least Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field related to medical device industry or other regulated environments (e.g. Pharma, Invitro Diagnostics) is required


• At least 5 years work experience in Quality or related field experience. Less experience may be appropriate with advanced degree


• Understanding of process improvement to quality system relevant topics and validation processes


• Comprehensive understanding of internal procedures and regulations (e.g. ISO13485:2016, FDA, RoHS)


• Proficiency with personal computer and office software


• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and German)


• Ability to work self-organized


• Ability to work in a team environment using effective interpersonal and negations skills
