About the Opportunity


This is an excellent opportunity to join our highly motivated Research team in Zurich, which supports our practice with high quality thought leadership and industry research-driven insights.



  • This is a strategic position with focus on planning, managing and executing research and thought leadership projects.

  • You will develop and activate insights on the biggest issues impacting the corporate world and government administration. You will create tailored outputs to support the thinking of our largest and most significant clients.

  • You will deliver a range of research projects (including opinion articles, infographics, data analysis and report writing) and cover a wide variety of economic and business topics, such as digitalisation, future of work or cyber security.

  • You will produce research content in various formats (reports, surveys, articles, podcasts, videos and speeches) via different online and offline channels.

  • In addition, you will support our client service teams with sales and project activities and provide guidance on research methodologies and relevant products/tools.


Your profile:



  • University degree

  • 4-8 years professional experience in economic or business research, including experience outside the academic world. Work experience with and / or contacts to public sector institutions would be an advantage.

  • Profound understanding of the Swiss political system, administration, economy and industry landscape

  • Strong intellectual curiosity and knowledge of current key debates in business and innovation.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong writing skills with proven track record (writing examples required)

  • Good project management and business development skills

  • Good knowledge and experience with Social Media platforms

  • Highly-motivated, organised and diligent team player

  • Strong communication and networking skills for team and client interaction

  • Ability to develop strong and effective relationships with senior internal stakeholders

  • Fluency in German and English
