The Channels & Innovation team is looking for a colleague who is passionate about driving our digital strategy for the B2B client segments forward. You are a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve the experience with impactful digital solutions.

IHRE AUFGABEN



  • Shape and drive digital client strategy and implementation roadmap for our B2B segments

  • Support development of new client journeys from inception to implementation working closely with the front-office, agile delivery teams, product management and other units

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to steer priorities, backlogs, and delivery schedule

  • Create data-driven insights to derive new business requirements, sales activities and KPIs


IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN



  • Extensive experience in the field of servicing external asset managers (Intermediaries) and global custody clients

  • Hands-on experience (at least 5 years) in developing both Web-Solutions as well as Interface-Solutions

  • Minimum 10 years of product / platform ownership, project management and delivery experience and at least 5 years of Agile experience

  • Experience defining a vision and strategy for a digital solution, product or service. Successfully managed the full product lifecycle, including integration of user feedback and driving prioritization

  • Applied data analytics experience to derive insights and steer business activities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude

  • Proven ability to manage large cross-functional project teams across regions

  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated data-driven decision making

  • Ability to think pragmatically and drive execution of concepts. Analyse, prioritize, resolve issues and take decisions during challenging times

  • Adaptive communication skills (to address the needs of various stakeholders)
