CONTEXT

We are in the process of transforming our technology function to better support our business and are looking for a seasoned leader to run our Client and Market product domain which encompasses every technology product across all our customer touchpoints in our physical and digital channels world-wide.   

This is a highly critical position which will be pivotal in enabling our Luxury New Retail strategy; the ability to harness the power of technology and data is going to be a key success factor for the future of Richemont’s business.

The organisation demands a leader with creativity, flexibility and high quality standards. The right leader for this job will also be passionate about driving a culture of excellence, accountability and timely delivery across all the teams.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Always put the client/customer first


• Successfully manage and develop a large product-based organisation across the multiple client-facing capabilities (Omnichannel, Sales Execution and Marketing & Comms, to name a few)


• Carefully manage a substantial innovation budget through initiatives that drives business value


• Ensuring on time and on budget delivery of all initiatives and provide ongoing visibility to senior management


• Whilst collaborating with senior stakeholders across the group (Centrally, regionally and in the Maisons) you will have a clear focus on always delivering business value.


• Integrate continuous improvement activities as a standard practice across all teams and ensure the best in class practises are in place (CI/CD, test automation, DevOps, etc.)

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

• You have a higher-education University degree and solid professional experience in a multi-national company and fast-paced environment


• You have a solid technology background and are passionate about innovation and are obsessed about customer experience and client centricity


• You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English (French is an asset)


• Product oriented organisational experience would be a great strength for your application


• Strong experience in technology delivery management including packaged software implementation across the Client and Market product domain


• Knowledge of software development/product lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall)


• Excellent business communication and time management skills required


• A thorough understanding of how to plan, resource, and deliver large-scale technical initiatives


• Capable of delivering coherent and easy to understand presentation to Senior Management and C-Level staff
