Your Team

As a Solution Architect and Consultant you will be part of our New Products & Service Integration team, which is part of Customers Solution Management team within the Global Markets Organization.

The team is composed of Solution Architects, Technical Experts and Consultants with a strong focus on products innovation, customer facing activities, including consulting, solutions definition and documentation.

Candidates will have the opportunity to grow in the architecture and/or consulting domains.

Your mission

• Work in conjunction with Product Owners and Solution Managers to define the solution for new client implementations of Digital products


• Define how to reach SaaS readiness for new Digital Products


• Support on productize new Digital Products (enhance documentation, define implementation and operation processes, standardize the solution)


• Consult clients (remote and on-site) in implementing new Digital Products and integrate them with their existing systems and applications


• Provide know-how and coaching to Delivery teams


• Support Sales and Pre-sales for cost estimations and presentations on new Digital Products

Qualifications

What you need

• Degree in IT and/or software engineering


• 5+ years of professional experience in banking area.


• Deep knowledge on containerized platforms, in particular Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift


• Software development background & experience: Object Oriented Design and Analysis, Java programming language, Internet based applications using XML, JSON, HTTP/s, REST, Angular


• Experience in DevOps and continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins)


• Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)


• Hands-on experience with databases (Oracle, Postgres, S3)


• Experience in financial business domains (e.g. CRM, Portfolio Management, Data Analytics and BI, etc.)


• Avaloq Digital Products and ACP knowledge is a big plus


• Experience with Agile software development and Scrum processes


• Ability to consult and effectively communicate with clients


• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation


• Fluent in English. German is a plus
