We are constantly looking for your talent as:

Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

• You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex information flows, coordinate and integrate tactical project management activities for new product launches and network changes


• You are responsible for and provide end-to-end visibility for all projects within the assigned product portfolio to all stakeholders


• You coordinate risk mitigation activities related to artwork readiness


• You drive process improvement initiatives with the PLM team to identify cross-functional links and risks


• You design, execute, track and report PLM KPls within the region (market & regional view) and mitigate risks to minimise impact on the business


• You are responsible for setting up the launch supply strategy, linked to the HH launch strategy


• You are responsible for the execution of the launch supply strategy by developing market specific schedules in the supply chain in cooperation with other departments

Qualifikation

• You have a Bachelor's degree - preferably Supply Chain or a related discipline




• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience (Product Lifecycle Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Procurement & Demand Planning/ Manufacturing & Packaging/ Project Management/ Regulatory)




• You have experience in a customer-facing environment, interfacing with functions involved in the regulatory process




• You are very experienced in project management and task management/ project management certification is an advantage (PMP)




• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage




• You are confident in using business management software (including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project)




• You have knowledge of SAP (previous experience with MRP systems, practices/principles an advantage)




• You are fluent in English




• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage




• You have a Lean/Continuous Improvement mentality - Yellow or Green Belt desirable




• You have a solid understanding of operations, planning, regulatory strategy and business/financial knowledge
