We are constantly looking for your talent as:
Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)
You support the commercial and supply chain: e.g. order processing, invoicing, planning of customer requirements
You prepare the payroll for the employees, including the reports to the social insurance companies and authorities
You support the management in the office, filling out expense reports, composing and correspondence, some of which is confidential
You organise complex and detailed travel plans and agendas, expense reports, company credit cards and prepare documents for travel-related meetings
You work closely and effectively with the C-level executives to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and tasks
You answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner and process requests quickly
You prioritise conflicting requests; handle matters expeditiously, proactively and track projects to successful completion
You have a commercial apprenticeship or relevant administrative/economic experience/studies
You have at least 3 years of experience in finance and payroll accounting
You have experience and interest in internal and external communication
You have Strong organisational skills reflecting the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
You are proficient in written and verbal communication at an expert level
You have very good interpersonal skills
You are accurate and detail-oriented in your work
You have good knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office and ERP systems
You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
