BUSINESS DEVELOPER MANAGER for LO Generations


YOUR MISSION


This function is part of the Private Client unit and focuses on the following critical areas:



  • Lead the development of an innovative LO Generations strategy across Regions, Markets and Offices to ease intergenerational transfers and create an authentic next gen mindset.

  • Support the retention and development efforts of the Bank via effective activities developed across several generations.   

  • Participate to other commercial activities of the Strategic Growth team, where needed.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   



  • Propose the LO Generations strategy to the Sponsors of the initiative and implement the defined roadmap by developing new engagement tools and sales activities to support the Bank in its pursuit of assets retention and acquisition.

  • Animate and monitor commercial activity in close collaboration with Region Heads, business partners and associate bankers to champion the LO Generations initiative.

  • Lead sales support activities that will allow better identifying, target and attracting heirs of our clients but also prospects.

  • Implement sales pitching sessions for bankers to better answer to the needs of clients across generations.

  • Act as a sparring partner for Marketing & Communication team to develop effective actions (events, communication, etc) in order to reach and attract next gen individuals.

  • Create and animate a client community both online and offline.

  • Stay on top and review new intergenerational trends and opportunities to ensure we remain a leader within the industry.

  • Project management, including planning, governance, reporting, issue resolution, reporting, of his/her specific work streams and for the entire project

  • Support other sales management initiatives or market intelligence activities to support the CP ExCo / Region Heads.


DESIRED PROFILE



  • Solid business background (3+ years of experience) in financial or luxury industry. Experience of close collaboration with bankers or sales representative is mandatory. Leading Next Gen initiatives in banking industry is a strong plus.

  • Master or equivalent in Business Administration or Marketing/Comm.

  • Track record in innovative sales and/or marketing initiatives.

  • Proficiency with the Adobe & Microsoft Office tools, social media  and/or their extensions (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Sales Navigator, etc)

  • Highly skilled in project management and change management of complex transformative projects

  • Proficiency in French and English (C2). Additional language as a plus : German or Spanish

  • Strong client centric approach. Flexibility, team spirit and autonomy

  • Confidentiality, ethics, good understanding of financial and reputational risks
