We are an independent Swiss Wealth Management Company based in Zug. We offer you an exciting and challenging role as a Relationship Manager within a cooperative team.

Your key responsibilities are the following:

• Establishment and effective maintenance of trusting long-term relationships with our existing and potential clients


• Providing high quality support services to meet the needs, goals and expectations of our clients


• Maintaining high standards of the compliance procedures based on the Swiss regulatory landscape


• Creating marketing documents (customized presentations, etc.) for our clients


• Assumption of various support tasks, projects as well as reporting and control tasks


• Further development of processes and tools in relationship management

Your profile

• University degree


• 3+ years of professional experience in relationship with High Net Worth Individuals (Relationship Manager or Investment Advisory position in Banks or External Asset Managements)


• Extensive network in Russia and CIS countries


• Good MS-Office knowledge


• Flair for regulatory topics (tax compliance, cross-border requirements, etc.)


• Familiarity with the new legislative framework (MiFID II, FIDLEG, Russian Currency Control, etc.);


• Independent and proactive work attitude


• Willingness to travel a lot and work with a flexible schedule


• Fluency in English and Russian. German would be an advantage
