As Head of Media Monitoring you will lead a small team of media monitoring experts who are in charge of managing the daily news flow. You will be responsible for the online and print media monitoring process, including the tool-based daily internal reporting and publishing, and for providing the key media monitoring services of external sources such as editing and producing of the daily news briefings for internal partners. The drafting and reviewing of daily reports for the senior management are further tasks. In addition, you will compile tailor-made products for special monitoring needs (e.g. for the Quarterly Results, the Investor Day and the Annual General Meeting) and provide insights for the media sentiment analysis. You will be responsible for developing new media monitoring services and products and manage our external media monitoring agency and strategy.
This is an opportunity to build positive relationships and collaboratively work with internal partners (e.g. with our colleagues in media relations, social media and internal communications) but also with our external service providers to bring our media monitoring services to the next level. You will be part of the Digital Strategy team, closely working with your fellow team members to continue to provide and develop high quality services to key stakeholders.
