Job reference: WD-0006576 What's the role? We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (SAP) driving the digitalization of our manufacturing plants. Managing IT incl. SAP solutions, connecting business and IT and working towards achieving our vision of a digital smart factory at Hilti will be your responsibilities. Global IT within Hilti is a truly global team with main hubs in Buchs (Switzerland), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Plano/Tulsa (USA). As a Senior Business Analyst (SAP) in Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 you will support our vision of smart digital manufacturing step by step. In line with our business community you will define, deliver, and run solutions contributing to our vision. This position requires an entrepreneurial work style, willingness to understand Hilti business and demands, as well as strong competences to implement and operate these solutions. A unique opportunity, combining a high-end SAP S/4HANA landscape and one of the most dynamic business areas is waiting for you. This position will be responsible for leading and supporting new business solutions based on latest SAP technologies, e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP ME/MII, SAP Business ByDesign. You will be (co-)leading the IT areas of plant maintenance, quality, and others (SAP PM, QM, PP). ABAB development skills and other programming skills are a plus. • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or in a related field (PhD is a plus)


• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing related environment with S/4HANA ERP (or R/3) on modules QM, PM, PP or any related ones


• Strong capabilities to organize your work, give direction on technology as well as help others to grow


• Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and define and drive new solutions


• Entrepreneurial attitude – taking responsibility in understanding topics, owning them and delivering success


• Affinity for leading edge technologies in Industry 4.0


• Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
