What will you do?
You will be supporting the EMEA Women’s and Kids Merchandising Team in delivering profitable and consumer-centric assortments. You will be integrated in the seasonal collection process for Footwear, Apparel and Accessories categories, assisting the team in identifying trends and opportunities, creating seasonal assortments and prepare for Go-To-Market key milestones.
Your Main Accountabilities:
Maintain PLM systems (Enovia and Flex) and trackers to ensure line plan accuracy throughout the season. Inform and track sample order throughout the season
Actively research and observe the competition on trends, design, pricing. Create and maintain tracking files on competitive analysis
Support Merchandising managers in preparing supporting document ahead of product reviews and Go-To-Market milestones : financial and data analysis, selling tools, visual line plans, samples
Category Management - Apparel & Accessories focus (40/50% of time). Own seasonal merchandising process on some categories or segments: brief, land and adopt regional product assortment
Establish accurate Line Plan translating product strategies and goals, maintain Line plan throughout Go-to-market key milestones
Actively partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely communication of deliverables
What you need to succeed?
Passion for Vans and the lifestyle it represents
Bachelor's Degree in business, product, operations or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years' experience in supporting product and merchandising team and/or experience with category management. Background in Apparel & Accessories is a plus
Experience with PLM or similar system, knowledge of Flex and Enovia systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Appetite to streetwear, sneakers and trends
Proficient in English (written and spoken). Any additional language will be considered a plus
