This role demands an high level of seniority, complete independence, outstanding conceptual skills as well as social capability in order to succeed in a highly challenging and competitive environment.Responsibilities

• Shaping the technology driven innovation of an international private bank from conception up to execution e.g. define target processes and architecture, and produce software specifications in various fields such as digital signature, digital client onboarding, online trading, online payments, research distribution, etc.


• Coordinate interdisciplinary projects involving large numbers of external developers and consultants, while working very tightly with our internal IT department


• Monitor and manage software developments in an agile setup and provide precise progress reporting to the Executive Management


• Deploy the solution and participate to the internal and external change management activities

Profiles

• A technology degree from a top tier university with a minimum of 10 years experience in the field of technology in a leading Swiss private bank


• A deep front to back understanding of the private banking business and its related activities (compliance, AML, back office, etc.)


• A good understanding of Avaloq, Adobe Experience Manager as well as data models, user experience, API based frameworks and machine learning


• A proven track record of project management, agile development methods, writing business and technical specifications


• A true team player, open minded, creative yet very precise and articulate


• Fluent in English in addition to either French or German; Excellent writing skills required
