Strategic Account Manager (f/m/d) / Business Developer

DACH Region

This appeals to you

• Manage distribution accounts across Europe and support them in identifying and using the potential of the Leica products for their customers and their respective needs 


• Agree periodic marketing and business development initiatives/activities/campaigns with the distribution partners to increase growth


• Identify potential new distribution partners, evaluate their potential and fit to our distribution network 


• Develop joint business concepts and negotiate the commercial framework with these partners


• Define appropriate launch plans and mentor their implementation closely


• Build reliable business relationships and take care of the strategic aspects of the established cooperations

 

This is you

• University degree in business administration or an equivalent education in sales


• At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience in Sales / Business Development in the tools market or a similar field


• Ability to learn and use new technologies


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Self-motivation and strong ability in problem-solving


• Ability to drive things forward and implement new ideas 


• Excellent prioritizing, time management and self-organizing skills required 


• Very good English and German skills are required  


• Travelling around Europe (<20%)
