As part of a small, dynamic and client-focused team, you will be responsible for all operational activities related to a client relationship, ranging from placing orders, day-to-day cash management, booking transactions related to alternative assets such as private equity, non-financial assets, replicating assets deposited with third party banks in our systems, verifying and sending out monthly financial reports, conducting client specific projects, proposing solutions to client requests and ensuring that all services are delivered with high quality, on time and efficiently.


Mission:



  • Understand clients' demands, ability to express their needs, propose solutions

  • Assisting clients in their daily tasks, answering their questions

  • Ensure good coordination between the servicing teams, the relationship managers and various departments within the Bank

  • Identification of improvement measures in our processes, expression of needs and follow-up of the implementation

  • Active participation in new client on boarding process and various projects across our activities

  • Daily monitoring of accounts, cash management, monitoring of overdrafts, monitoring of open transactions

  • Instruction processing and order entry (stock exchange, foreign exchange, derivative, fund shares, payment) in the dedicated systems

  • Active support to the external managers appointed by the clients

  • Follow-up and booking of transactions related to private equity investments and non-financial investment like real estates, collectibles, transportation, etc.

  • Reflecting financial assets deposited with third party banks in our systems and ensuring their reconciliation

  • Verify, understand and transmit customized financial reports to our clients

  • Ensure that services are invoiced according to the contract with the clients.


Desired Profile :



  • University degree in economics/finance or equivalent (FMO an asset)

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar function

  • Experience in asset servicing activities (invoicing, settlement, corporate actions, tax recovery, etc.)

  • Knowledge in performance measurement (TWR, MWR, IRR) and risk, attribution / contribution to performance, etc.

  • Organized, good communication skills, accurate, reliable and able to prioritize

  • Customer focus to build strong trusting relationships with clients

  • Sense of quality service, professionalism, listening and empathy

  • Able to work in a demanding environment, stress resistant

  • Enjoys teamwork and collaborative work environment

  • Good knowledge in MS Office

  • Developed risk awareness

  • Strong interest in finance and technological innovation

  • Fluent in French and English, oral and written. Other languages an asset

  • Residence in Switzerland.
