You will advise clients and colleagues in Switzerland and internationally on pension and other HR matters in transactions. This ranges from preparing due diligence reports and analysis to post-transaction advice and support.
You will lead and manage complex pension projects making use of our network while managing scope, budgets and timescales.
You support PwC audit teams with review of pension liability results used in company financial statements.
You help to analyse issues for potential new clients, speaking to internal and external contacts about pension issues, identifying and highlighting potential to further help our clients.
You coach and develop junior colleagues from a range of backgrounds to fulfil their potential.
What we expect from you
You have started or you are ready to take a management role in complex, dynamic projects in an international context.
You have at least 5 years experience in consulting or working in pensions or related areas either in Switzerland or internationally. Experience with Swiss and/or other European pension plans (e.g. Germany) in deal context is a bonus.
You are passionate about client service and development of people, you have good communication skills with ability to cut through complexity in a clear and concise way.
You have some knowledge of how employee benefits are accounted under US GAAP and IFRS.
You are fluent in English and German. French language skill is a strong advantage.
