Technical Onboarding Manager

SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), a company owned by the Swiss Stock exchange, is building the first market infrastructure in the world to offer a fully integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for digital assets. Within the Client Support Team, you are responsible for the lead and execution of the technical onboarding of new members to the SDX platform, including aspects such as connectivity both to the Exchange and CSD (DLT node setup).

What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of members onto the SDX platform, which might include direct client onsite visits

  • Coordinate and communicate with members to clarify questions related to their onboarding onto the infrastructure, covering the Exchange and the CSD part (e.g. DLT, HSM, ISO connectivity)

  • Cooperate with internal teams to translate and clarify external client demands, providing guidance and support to ensure client needs are met

  • Act as a liaison with the cross-functional teams from Sales, Product, Technology and  Business Operations

  • Establish effective internal and external working relationships at all levels to reach mutually agreed goals

  • Support Member Service Specialists in the team

 What You Bring

  • ​University degree or equivalent, preferably with a degree in Information Systems

  • Extended work experience (5+ years) in technical onboarding of clients and relevant experience in client communications

  • Strong project management skills with an independent and structured approach to working, quick comprehension, high self-initiative, practice-oriented and flexible

  • Knowledge of financial market infrastructure, distributed ledger technology (DLT) and HSM is a plus

  • Positive personality with a can-do attitude and an experienced problem solver even in stressful situations

  • Fluent German and English (oral and written) is required
