In our Switzerland based facility with 8 inch SMIF waferfab, developing Ultra-Low Power NVM’s, our Non-Volatile Memory design Team is looking for an

Senior Validation & Test Engineer – NVM

You will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:

• Definition and implementation of automated characterization set-ups and test programs applied to NVM IP test vehicles (embedded FLASH, EE, and various OTP/MTP); analyze results and present to design and process development team


• Support the various Business Units for seamless integration/operation of NVM test flow in products during design, characterization, qualification and production phases


• Act as partner with process development team (in charge of definition NVM process and memory cell); provide support and run automated NVM devices characterization


• Support product and yield engineering in monitoring of NVM related performances (yield & reliability monitoring)

Profile

• You have a strong experience with NVM-IPs devices characterization, testing and related reliability aspects


• You have experience in characterisation test flow development and implementation


• You are experienced with Python programming. Knowledge of Labview is a plus


• You have experience with statistical data analysis tool (preferably JMP)


• You have good software skills and a strong interest for microelectronics


• Experience in CMOS process integration and devices physics is a plus


• Experience in CMOS design tools (Cadence schematic/layout) is a plus


• Experience in testing of emerging NVM (MRAM, RRAM…) is a plus


• You like to work in a multicultural, international, cross-team and highly technical environment


• You are highly motivated, independent, flexible and a reliable team player

Professional requirements

To be successful in this position you need to have following experience:

• BSC or MSC in Science or Engineering


• More than 10 years of experience in mass production semiconductor industry


• Good understanding of design and manufacturing environments

Languages

• Fluent English; written and spoken; French is a plus
