For our 8inch wafer fab in Switzerland (0.35-0.18-0.11um capability), we are looking for a

Photolithography Assistant Engineer

You will work during the weekend and be responsible for lithography processes and production support for all qualified technologies (i-line and DUV platforms). CD, overlay metrology and macro inspection aspects are part of the responsibilities of the photolithography team.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Recipe creation and optimization for CD, overlay metrology and macro inspection


• Sustaining production for out of specification lots


• Participate in engineering projects to improve existing technologies in terms of stability (trends, CpK studies) and cost


• Close cooperation with the Production organization


• Close cooperation with the Maintenance team to help solve machine problems (coater, stepper, scanner, developer)

Profile

• You hold an technician degree in physics or microelectronics


• Problem solving attitude, pro-active


• Organised, reliable, self-motivated

Professional requirements

• A background in photolithography manufacturing processes is required


• Experience with Nikon platforms is an asset

Languages

• Good communication skills in French (working language) and English (spoken and written) are required


• Knowledge of German is an asset
