For our sales team in Zürich, we are looking for a 


 


Customer Service Agent 100% 


In this exciting role, you will become the link between the various departments of the company. You will process orders for Swiss customers and ensure requirements or responsibilities are fulfilled in a timely manner.


 


Your main tasks will include:


 



  • Order processing, inquiries of customers, import orders


  • Handling claims and cases (complaints and returns)


  • Creating trade terms, ordering samples, requesting and managing quotes


  • Administrative support of the sales team


  • Coordination of sales materials, brochures etc



 


You will bring:


 



  • Completed apprenticeship in a commercial environment (EFZ KV or similar) Further education in sales / marketing is welcome. 


  • Min 2 year experience in the area of Customer Care, Sales Administration or Indoor Sales


  • Proactive personality who likes to get things done and is solution oriented


  • German and English of advanced level, basic French


  • High affinity for IT, excellent level of MS Office, Sales Force and SAP


  • Relevant experience in Swiss Food industry a plus
