As a Global Labelling Process Coordinator, manages the relevant technical information necessary to ensure the creation of compliant labels addressed to patients and consumers. Leads the improvement of labelling processes, manages the deployment of label text development tools at a global level. Builds relations with key stakeholders in the labelling process (Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Text & Design artwork coordinators, Application Groups) as well as with NHSc affiliates. Challenges inputs to ensure best compliancy and consistency of NHSc labels worldwide.


A day in the life of a Global Labelling Coordinator


 



  • Setting up of the English Master content of labels, based on information provided by key Global stakeholders

  • Ensuring the coordination of compliant regulatory information within the labels. Reviewing of the information provided by the various stakeholders, verifying consistency within related recipes, within all the languages on multilingual Labels, consistency across categories, brands and pack formats

  • Follow-up each intermediate due dates according to priority level, align feedback with relevant stakeholders, and make sure the final delivery date of the label text is met. Track label text approval with relevant tools. Input all data in the follow-up reporting in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and propose improvements to the Labelling process and train relevant users on the process and tools.

  • Keeping abreast on international labelling-related regulatory knowledge. Sharing this knowledge with the necessary internal key stakeholders. Implementing validated action plans in response to regulatory changes affecting labelling.

  • Provide feasibility analysis and solutions to minimize label update impact in close collaboration with Event Management of the region / factory


What will make you successful


 



  • University degree in science or law or the equivalent knowledge learnt on the job

  • Knowledge/understanding of Food Labelling Regulations; Applied knowledge of labelling and consumer information requirements.

  • Knowledge/understanding of technical / regulatory / marketing requirements for all type of labels. 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Label Text creation and coordination

  • Good Project Management skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination with international scope

  • Understanding the importance of Regulatory Compliancy

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare category and products, understanding of the use of the products
