Part of this journey is the transformation of Manufacturing performance, enabled by digital tools and data-driven insights to enhance our ways of working. The GSC has developed platforms for analytics that both support the manufacturing execution layer in the business and also drive transparency and visibility at all levels in the function.


 


We are looking for someone who can contribute their original thinking, creativity and expertise in driving business insight from data analytics. We need that special blend of business experience, knowledge of manufacturing process - and the ability to work with data and systems to drive actionable recommendations and build new capabilities that support our transformation. 
 


What will you do - Responsibilities:


 



  • Uses experience and active listening skills, to understand and create innovative solutions and expanded functionalities within our Analytics portfolio, to better serve the needs of the Factory teams and provide visibility and transparency to the Manufacturing leadership teams; 

  • Systematically reduces the degree to which Manufacturing function relies on manual recording and transcription of data, to automate the capture and validation of data related to Manufacturing shop floor activities; 

  • Supports the Manufacturing transformation journey, and the deployment of the Integrated Work System, to uncover and diagnose losses in production, from unplanned stoppages, optimize the planned downtime and ensure the base condition of the equipment is maintained; 

  • Ensures consistency of root cause recording, quality and availability of data on stoppages, rejects, volumes and speed; 

  • Makes line performance analysis and on-line diagnostics available to the production staff in more comprehensive and in easier to focus formats - to support the daily and weekly drumbeat for IWS / LCO factories, directly connecting management information to be derived from real-time production data; 

  • Boosts GSC-wide visibility of performance, tracking machine performance and supporting more effective preventive and predictive maintenance practice. Help to bring a sharper focus in skills and capabilities that drive highly effective production, maintenance, interventions and safety/quality activities; 

  • Supports IWS ways of working with root cause identification using new digital performance systems that summarize the lowest level stoppages and reject data and provide analysis. Help to converge QSens with Smart Daily Management and enrich with the data from GSC Datamart;

  • Provides in-depth understanding based on new powerful analytics in the areas of quality, yield, productivity, etc. 


 


 Who are we looking for - Requirements:     


 



  • Higher education, master degree in management or technical sciences; 

  • 10 years in factory/ market/ HQ; 

  • English, strong IT proficiency; 

  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team toward a common goal and vision, with inspiration, seasoned judgment; 

  • Excellent analytical skills, structured thinking;  

  • FMCG business process knowledge; 

  • Project management skills, market and supply chain experience;  

  • Ability to lead by example and persuade others based on a clear vision and concrete plans.
