Product Marketing Manager Audiological Care


At Sonova Audiological Care (AC) we are transforming the hearing care industry by expanding the digital offer for our customers.



You have the opportunity to contribute to this revolution by joining the Marketing and Omnichannel corporate function, which is located across different countries. This position will be located in Steinhausen, Switzerland.



The Marketing and Omnichannel department is responsible for developing and implementing a state of the art customer journey supporting both digital and physical touchpoints.  The department comprises domain experts in Product Management, Pricing, Branding and Communications, CRM, Omnichannel Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation and Conversion, Customer Decision Journey and Analytics.



The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end global marketing ecosystem in AC. 


 


Your tasks


 



  • Lead the global hearing aid, hearing accessories and services assortment and positioning strategies, tools and execution, drawing on regional insights for the global solution

  • Plan the launches of new products and manage the implementation in collaboration with regional AC sales and marketing teams, other Sonova brand marketing teams and AC HQ functions

  • Proactively manage the full product lifecycle from launch through to phase out

  • Formulate business development campaigns, lead their implementation and measure their impact

  • Develop a marketing plan / mix and portfolio strategy for hearing aids and accessories including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers in an omni-channel context

  • Maintain an awareness of competitors’ positioning and promotional campaigns


 


Your profile


 



  • A university degree in marketing or a scientific field

  • 5 years of marketing or sales experience in a global role - B2C preferred

  • Strong fundamentals in product marketing – life sciences preferred

  • Hands-on experience launching and marketing products at a regional or global level

  • Fluent in English, other European languages are an advantage
