MISSION:

We are looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce Business Analyst to join our Geneva Headquarters as part of our Digital Team & Shopify Central Europe / Nordics Deployment project.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

• Create a detailed business analysis while outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business


• Make the link between the Regional business requirements and the technical / central constraints


• Write/update functional specifications documents and coordinate data migration plan


• Support the Product Owner on Websites content migration/ integration within Shopify


• Support the quality assurance engineer to define & work on the end-to-end testing strategy 
   

HOW YOU CAN FIT:

• Master’s degree in E-Commerce Project Management, Digital or Business Analysis


• Previous experience on E-Commerce projects (mandatory) and ideally on Shopify


• English (fluent mandatory) & French


• Good knowledge of agile methodologies


• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills


• Ability to communicate with technical and business teams of all seniority levels


• Experience with Confluence, Jira


• Strong collaborative spirit and team player


• Curious and pragmatic mindset


• Ability to prioritize


• Detail-oriented and autonomous


• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced and demanding environment

STARTING DATE: 1st July 2021
