As a key member of the Client Services team, the International Marketing Services Project Manager is involved in the development of the client services’ marketing strategy for the Maison. He/she participates in defining the strategy and structure of the service offer & pilots the development and construction of the launch packages.


He/she ensures the coordination between all the stakeholders (Product Marketing, Industry - Development, Purchase, Production, Communication, International Management, Operations and Boutiques) in order to develop favourable conditions for the success of the services, both in term of performance & image.


 


 


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT


 


Contributing to the development of the Client Services Department strategy



  • Defining the 3-year strategy for the Services Marketing division

  • Building a consistent and legible offer with an engaging expression territory and relevant services

  • Identifying key market segments and levers of growth


 


Defining & piloting the service launch plan (novelties & animations)



  • Formalizing a global launch plan, resulting from the 3-year plan, through the development of services in collaboration with the Marketing, Communication & Development teams (CJI / Manufacture / Operations)

  • Preparing the communication package of the new services, in collaboration with the Communication and Client Relations teams, formalizing the global strategy to ensure consistency in the services positioning



  • Following the implementation & roll-out at project level and proposes adjustments whenever necessary


 


Managing the business of the Marketing Services



  • Reviewing and upgrading the existing service offer, in partnership with the Care Services team

  • Coordinating the reporting to your hierarchy, in collaboration with the Performance Manager



  • Participating in building the budget, ensuring the profitability of the division in a permanent quest of costs optimization

  • Following the scalability and resource assessment with the Retail Ops and Operations and collaborating with Controlling


 


Ensuring the monitoring, coordination & motivation of the subsidiaries



  • Presenting the strategy and services during the World Meeting and other events

  • Connecting with the subsidiaries during the monthly market calls and as needed

  • Involving the markets in the co-construction of service plans


 


Managing resources and coordinates transversal project teams



  • Managing resources and transversal project teams

  • Managing the workload and engagement of the team coordinator in collaboration with the Care Services team

  • Piloting the progress of the various projects


 


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


 


Required experience


Five or more years of experience in Marketing and/or Client Services


Bachelor or Master degree


Strong oral and written communication skills – French & English proficiency is a must


Experience working in project mode, coordinating various departments


Ability to interact with a wide variety of people


Capable of handling various projects simultaneously, with high level of complexity


Strong organizational skills


Rigorous and attention to details


Analytical and Innovative


Client & Service-oriented
