MAIN OBJECTIVE:


 


This position is embedded in the Client Marketing team which is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Data & Knowledge.


The Client Relations coordinator will help the Director to manage the team & the client relations community. His/her role will be transversal, working very closely with team members of the Client Marketing team but also with team members of other teams such as Digital and Communication. He/her will also take part of client relations projects for the Maison.


 


 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


 


 



  • Key responsibility 1: Team coordination & Budget

    • Prepare our monthly calls with the markets: assess needs, consolidate presentations, distributing the Q&A afterwards

    • Prepare and coordinate all team meetings with Management and within the team (governance)

    • Oversee the global roadmap of the department



 



  • Key responsibility 2: Budget

    • Act as the point of contact for client relations team for the budget

    • Assist to realize the estimated budget

    • Ensure the follow-up and enhance the current tool



 



  • Key responsibility 3: Client Relations projects support

    • Support client relations project managers in documentation / set up phase

    • Preparecontent before presentation meetings, organize meetings (sending invitations, check attendance, etc..), prepare minutes following meetings and monitor next steps achievements

    • Collect and consolidate Business requirements from Cartier markets

    • Perform planning of rollout phases in different markets regarding any project

    • Update training documentation



 


Examples of projects: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM campaign management, 1to1 strategies, Salesforce for CRCs


 


 


 


JOB PROFILE:


 


 


Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field with a proven 1/2 years’ experience in data management with International exposure, in Marketing, Client or Communication Analytical, organizational and synthesis skills


 


Languages:Fluent in both English & French


 


Skills:



  • Experience in client relations projects

  • Salesforce familiarity is a plus

  • Excellent understanding of CRM strategies

  • Strong international project management skills

  • Good communication, collaboration and organizational and synthesis skills

  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility and independent working style

  • Client & Service Oriented

  • Expertise in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus

  • Knowledge of "client" and/or "CRM" strategy and ambition in an international retail environment is a strong asset
