Your field of responsibility

 

As a team lead in the CRM Solutions & Platforms sub-department of Digital Banking business area, you have the opportunity to be part of a highly motivated team focusing on creating a unique and cutting edge CRM experience for clients and relationship managers. This challenging and rewarding role has a dual importance in supporting business transformation to our key digital channel offering in Credit Suisse Direct Advisor whilst supporting smooth day to day business operations of digital channels and platforms. 
This role is instrumental in realizing several high priority initiatives, for example Credit Suisse Direct Advisor, Wealth Manager Platform or decommissiong of CRM legacies e.g. Front Net. As a production and potentially business application owner, you will be responsible for developing new user journeys to drive digitalization with the bank's diverse CRM business areas: Your core activities will include the strategic product management (e.g. defining a vision and roadmap for digitalization of customer relationship management), platform management and delivery governance (e.g. management of partners, programs, financials, and risks). In this capacity, you will have line management responsibility of CRM operational excellence team focusing on management of service level agreements and key performance indicators of digital offerings, access management and new user onboarding and support of CRM tools. Bring documentation and supporting material for end users to the next level, e.g. by deriving easy-to-understand process flows, by preparing and conducting engaging end user trainings, and by releasing regular, business-oriented change communication to our users.

Your skills and experience

 

  • Strong understanding of either corporate, retail or private banking and its relevant client and internal processes, as well as experience in managing complex delivery programs ideally in CRM space

  • Proven track record to use technology / digital solutions to design innovative and client-centric banking services / processes, bring them to life in an agile setup, and continuously drive client adoption and satisfaction. 

  • Experience as a leader in a (scaled) agile environment - you enjoy managing a team of highly motivated digital product managers and product owners, and you consider close collaboration with your technology partners the natural way of things. Experience with a distributed on- and offshore development setup is a plus.

  • Strong senior partner management, negotiation and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence others without having formal power, and being able to stand your ground also in difficult situations.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, e.g. to drive vision and roadmap for the value stream, derive delivery themes and corresponding setup, structure business cases etc. and ability to work energetically towards results-oriented deadlines.

  • Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence is a plus

  • Proficiency in English is a must, German language skills are a plus
