Due to the direct respond to their growth, Badenoch+Clark is currently looking to expand their well-established Engineering team in Zürich.

They are looking for highly business-driven Consultant keen to develop successful career path.

Your responsibilities:

• Generating new business development activities, as well as business accounts management across the Eastern part of Switzerland


• Looking after the entire dedicated placements process from scratch to success (including: candidates & clients alike)


• Maintaining and developing our valuable candidates portfolio within a specific field


• Networking and headhunting


• Using tailored marketing approach 

Your profile:

• University Degree


• At least 2 years of working experience in the Recruitment industry or Talent Acquisition (ideally DACH region)


• Excellent communication skills


• Self-motivated and driven


• Strong passion to work with people


• Able to work on few projects parallel


• Fluent in German and English is a must
