The challenge

• Analyse RNA and DNA sequencing data sets;


• Organize sequencing data and maintain metadata information;


• Develop pipelines to automate commonly used workflows and maintain online -repositories;


• Collaborate closely with members of Urology Research Laboratory.

Your profile

• PhD. in bioinformatics, biostatistics, genomics, computer science, or related field, with publication track record


• Fluency in one or more programming languages with bioinformatics applications (e.g. Python, R)


• Demonstrated statistical and analytic rigor when tackling multidimensional omics datasets


• Knowledge of cancer genomics and transcriptomic


• Effective communication of complex concepts to diverse audiences


• Curiosity, creativity and drive towards solutions when facing scientific challenges


• Fluency in English (oral/written)
