The Challenge :


As a business intern  (6 to 12 months)  you will actively support the Sustainability Director of the Personal Care and Aroma Ingredients division of DSM.


Responsibilities will include supporting the integration of sustainability within the business and managing the progress of a portfolio of strategic projects for advancing DSM’s sustainability leadership, in contact with the PCA Division and other DSM departments, as well as with external parties.
 


As a business intern you will :



  • Support the implementation of strategic sustainable projects along the value chain

  • Implement and develop the sustainability data management

  • Support development of external presentations and sustainability support for our customers

  • Develop content for internal communications

  • Support the activities of PCA’s global network of sustainability champions


 


 


The Ideal candidate :



  • Master degree with ideally a focus on sustainability

  • Sustainability knowledge and ideally experience in a business context

  • First experience in project management and marketing

  • Fluent spoken and written English, French is a plus, other languages are welcome.

  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills and digital savviness  

  • A "hands-on" mentality, with a proactive and curious attitude, happy to support and take self-initiative, the willingness to take the lead in some projects but also complete menial tasks where required.

  • Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality, who brings in new ideas and thinks innovatively.


 


When: The position is currently vacant for an immediate start


Where: Hybrid location of home office and Kaiseraugst (Switzerland)
