Inseriert am: 18.05.2021

Your team

This is a unique 24-month experience, where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific programme with rotations in different teams to build your expertise and professional skills. Through this programme you will assist with the activities of the Chief of Staff Office (CoS Office) of Pictet Wealth Management (PWM), while also laying a foundation for your career. Our programme will enable you to develop the interpersonal and self-leadership skills required in your future career as well as giving you the opportunity to build a network of peers in the company, both at our Geneva head office and abroad.
As part of the programme, we will also offer the possibility of rotations in our front office, our investment platform or in one of our corporate functions, to allow you to experience first-hand the way we conduct our business.

Your role

The CoS Office provides support to the Managing Partners on a number of activities of Pictet Wealth Management, i.e. delivering support to the execution of PWM Vision 2025, project management for strategic cross-disciplinary initiatives, preparation of key internal events as well as coordination of change management within PWM. In addition, the CoS Office provides assistance with the “management rhythm” for our Managing Partners and with preparations for their business trips, events and client meetings. The role also involves preparing and coordinating meetings with our Front Office Chiefs of Staff and following up on key projects and issues.

As a participant in the programme you will develop your business know-how by working alongside accomplished professionals. Your initial training will be complemented by a professional certification relevant to your area of business (e.g. CFA or CIIA).
You will work alongside and learn from our experts in investment, front office, finance, and risk & compliance. Training coordinators, your assigned mentor and HR will offer regular feedback to enable you to make solid progress and come through the programme with flying colours. You will also take part in and have the chance to contribute to high-profile projects that provide an understanding of the complex, competitive and constantly changing environment of the global private banking landscape and dynamics.

Your profile

As the successful applicant, you should be adept at processing information and articulate in communicating with senior management across our business line. In addition to being highly motivated and proactive, you should be capable of fostering strong collaboration in the organisation, be curious to understand how things work and be keen to go into greater depth with operational and business topics. You will be expected to embrace the Group’s values and put these into practice in your daily activities.
