Solution / Data Architect

Your field of responsibility

 

You will join us as a Solution / Data Architect in wealth management area. You, 



  • understand the current IT landscape of applications that are in the remit of Client Life Cycle value stream and their system interaction with other key interfacing applications & underlying user journeys (RM & Client)

  • work with business stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges and user feedback

  • define end to end solution that caters the business need and fits to existing application landscape in discussion

  • work with enterprise architects and solution architects responsible for other systems and align all system interaction to interfacing applications

  • manage technical must, technical debt and work on continuous improvement and maturity of application responsible for

  • drive technical topics end to end from requirements to delivery in production, raise risks, issues and foresee challenges and proactively manage it

  • work with business analysts, engineers, testing team to explain the solution details and help them to perform their tasks better and channelize work across teams with the right order and dependency

  • work with Infrastructure, Release Mgmt, DevOps to build an effective and efficient delivery chain of software components

  • continuously align with SUB IT architecture community and prepare and review the production rollout plan with business and IT stakeholders (Infra, Release Mgmt.)

The Swiss Universal Bank IT (SUB IT) organization is responsible for developing, maintaining and strategically transforming the Swiss Universal Bank’s application portfolio in close collaboration with our business sponsors. SUB IT applications technical landscape has key technologies like Java, Angular 7, Spring Boot Microservices, Big-Data and Mainframes related technologies. There are also products like PEGA, Appway and Wealth Manager Platform. Your skills and experience

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, architecture and production sustainability

  • Experience in Data modeling is a must and familiarity with data bases like Oracle, DB2, Postgres is a plus

  • Deep knowledge and experience as full stack developer with higher concentration towards middle tier skills

  • Experienced in Java 8, JEE, REST, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Struts, JPA/Spring Data, XML, JSON/YML

  • Good knowledge of complex SQL scripting

  • Strong analytical skills, paired with the ability to work across several squads

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the willingness to contribute and learn

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
