We are one of the fastest growing venture capital firms in Europe and we are looking for motivated, hands-on people who want to take an active and shaping part in our growth journey.

In your role, you will join us to systematically operate one of Europe’s largest start-up portfolios (100+ startups) which will give you the chance to work with some of the best entrepreneurs in Europe, in order to bring cutting-edge technologies and new innovative products to the market. You will be a part of the newly established portfolio management team reporting to Thibault De Keersmaecker.

You will be responsible:

• to coordinate and operate follow on investments into portfolio companies, including the evaluation of economic and legal implications and consequences of such investments for us in our role as existing shareholder
  


• to execute on annual and ad-hoc shareholder actions from our portfolio companies in a timely manner and in line with our internal portfolio governance policy


• to monitor our portfolio companies in terms of KPIs, financing activities as well as shareholder actions


• coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders for above mentioned activities (internal investment team, internal investors team, startup entrepreneur)


• To develop and document processes and workflows in order to ensure portfolio compliance and governance

Requirements

• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree (ideally in law, finance or business administration)


• First professional experience in project management and a skillset to efficiently and reliably coordinate and communicate with different stakeholder groups on tight deadlines


• Keen interest in financial transactions and corporate finance structures (debt, equity, captables)


• Ideally first experience or contact points on working with legal contracts


• Accurate data handling skills and attention to detail


• Ability to execute independently and autonomously while being a team player at the same time


• Full written and spoken fluency in English, additional languages (especially German or French) are a plus
