Business Manager - Marketing & Analytics (80-100%)

Within Marketing & Analytics, we are responsible for shaping the way customers and stakeholders perceive our Company, and for marketing our great investment solutions. For our team in Zurich, we are looking for a results-oriented professional to work side-by-side with the CMO, lead strategic initiatives and help manage operations within the Center of Excellence. As Business Manager, you will be expected to apply your skills and drive to the benefit of the organization and will be accountable to ensure operational excellence in a growing, world-class Marketing & Analytics team that is open to new ideas and curious about what you have to offer.

As a Business Manager (80%-100%), you will be part of the future developments of this Center of Excellence, by bringing your strategic, conceptual and critical thinking to the table and by taking responsibility of the respective projects. As a coordinator, you are aware of available resources, anticipate the needs of your colleagues and help them stay focused on their projects and respective tasks. You possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions, also across divisions. You keep abreast of the changing environment, are open for new ideas and are up to date with the latest Vontobel products and services

 

What you bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Manager or Project Manager or similar role with a background in the financial services industry or in consultancy, possibly marketing focused


• Versed in project management and process improvement methodologies to ensure successful execution of marketing programs and the roll-out of necessary processes, tools and guidelines


• Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to translate analysis into insights and actionable recommendations; inventive problem-solving ability and facility managing multiple projects effectively


• Proven stakeholder management skills


• Process design skills and proficient use of reporting tools (tableau)


• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in German and English (other languages advantageous)
