Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the quality team


• Development and management of quality systems and processes


• Planning and implementation of internal and external audits


• Coordination and analysis of quality problems: internally, by customers and by suppliers


• Planning and coordination of the reliability plan: reliability tests, end of life study


• Initiation and monitoring of improvement measures

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production technology in the field of electronics


• Previous experience of Quality Management in a fabless environment


• Good technical knowledge across the disciplines


• Experience of PCB assembly process (PCBA)


• Leadership experience


• Demonstrated ability in designing, planning and implementation of change projects


• Automotive experience is a plus

Education/Other:

• Polytechnic or university graduate in electrical engineering


• Good command of German and English
