This position will be responsible to strenghten Food Ingedients marketing intelligence platform, train sales team in Latin America and in new regions, improve Food Ingredients marketing materials through commercial and technical expertize and support Food Ingredients to establish a digital marketing footprint.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct value proposition analysis – technically and commercially – for Latin America.

  • Conduct Food Ingredients trend analysis for Latin America.

  • Collect & gather market information and conduct competition analysis for Food Ingredients market Latam

  • Support marketing head to identify – technically and commercially - potential new countries/markets entry opportunities beyond Latam.

  • Prepare marketing presentations for for Latin America countries, highliting technical benefits of Clariant’s VITIPURE® Solutions.

  • Conduct trainings to the sales organization in LATAM for the new marketing presentations and Clariant’s VITIPURE® Solutions.

  • Support to strengthen our Food Ingredients Branding (e.g.  improve the way to  present ourselves and prototypes to customers)

  • Update and support the development of Food Ingredients website

  • Support to define the scope for FI digital marketing strategy for upcoming years

  • Prepare the content - technical and commercial story - for the digitial campaigns respectively propose the appropriate digital marketing strategies (incl. white papers & case studies)

  • Run and manage (ACT-ON) digital campaigns

  • Interpret with head of marketing the calmpaign reusults and translate to actions to the sales team and R&D team (feeder to new product development).


Requirements

  • University degree and / or Master degree in Food Science / Food Technoogy / Nutrition

  • Sales / Marketing experience, knowledge of food industry

  • Ability to deal with cross cultural team, especially with Latin America countries

  • Good communication proficiency

  • Fluency in English (must), Spanish (must) and Portuguese (desirable)
