Real Estate Economist Switzerland

Your field of responsibility

 

You continuously analyze the Swiss real estate markets, obtain and evaluate data and deal with the latest trends and developments. You have an oversight of the sub-segments of the real estate, construction and mortgage markets entrusted to you and generate exciting findings and insights. The focus is either on entire market segments or on individual real estate properties and projects. You build up a network of contacts and information sources that helps you to obtain the necessary input. You use the insights gained to produce research reports, presentations and audiovisual content, which you present to our clients and to internal bank departments we closely work with (Risk Management, Asset Management, Credit Lending).

Your skills and experience

 

You’ll be a good match, if you have: 



  • University degree or equivalent education (e.g. National Economy, Architecture, Business Informatics)

  • Proven skills in handling data, knowledge of relevant queries and processing tools (e.g. Excel, R, Phyton)

  • Independent way of working paired with a high level of drive to venture into new and exciting fields

  • Editorial skills or good writing skills

  • Strong client and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels

  • Ability to cope with high quality standards, responsibility and attention to detail 

  • Diligent work approach with respect for our risk and control obligations

  • Fluency in German and English is a must, French is a plus
