YOUR ROLE:

In this role, you will manage and lead our website strategy and support the digital marketing campaigns. Thanks to your strong website management skills and willingness to ensure the implementation of best technology. As a Switzerland-based part of the global team, you will have regular exchange with colleagues in several countries around the globe, bringing SPS online marketing to a new level.

• Maintain and further develop swisspostsolutions.com and related microsites with a focus on technology and UX design


• Ensure user experience and conduct quality and feasibility checks


• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design, prepare, develop and rollout new features, including definition of business requirements and preparation of concept / mockups for illustration purpose


• Take ownership for SEO: define and implement further measures and report progress


• Be responsible for all transactional elements of the website, including email integration and all interfaces to the related backend systems


• Provide ongoing troubleshooting and resolution of issues with respect to performance, bugs and backend interfaces


• Manage Google Analytics for reporting on website traffic and deduct measures to increase traffic

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics


• At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar position with focus on Digital Platform Management


• Familiarity with CMS Software, ideally Oracle WebCenter sites, HTML and CSS would be a plus


• Knowledge of GMP, GA, Optimize, GTM, Data Studio


• Experience with collaboration and management tools as Jira, Asana, Slack is a plus


• Ability to proactively drive improvements and changes, as well as implement new technologies on SPS' website


• Hands-on personality who is used to work independently and has a strong affinity to marketing


• Project- & stakeholder management experience


• Fluency in business English & German
