Be part of our mission to disrupt the healthcare and democratise the data driven medicine! SOPHiA is looking for a talented Commercial Finance Lead to join the Strategic Planning & Performance Management team.

The position could be located in Bidart (France), in Boston (USA) or in Lausanne (Switzerland)

Your Main Tasks Will Be:

• Support the company’s long-term business plan and growth as a core contributor to key company initiatives across commercial analytics and strategic planning;


• Collaborate with key leaders across the company to conduct research, analyze data (both quantitative and qualitative) and identify business gaps;


• Perform pricing, COGS, productivity and sales performance analytics (e.g. KPI, ROI, tracking) to track productivity and help management make well-informed strategic decisions to improve efficiency;


• Generate reports for business strategy review and propose creative, cross-departmental optimizations (outlining potential benefits and considerations) in order to maximize top line and optimize bottom line results;


• Propose and create support for solutions to revamp and refine business lines and partnerships to optimize long-term business potential and scalability;


• Construct executive and Board level presentations to share key insights and recommendations with company leadership.
