What does Master@IBM offer you?
Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of a technical department, which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master’s degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master’s thesis in collaboration with your department.
Who are we looking for?
For our in-job master’s program, we are looking for highly-motivated students from Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics Physics based degree courses. In addition to a good bachelor degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us. Are you action-oriented, highly motivated and you have analytical skills? You are able to define and localize industry specific content and solution plays? What you can expect from this position:
In this role, you are working in pre-sales and ‘garage’ team architects team to implement small demos and use cases. You closely collaborate with our architects, sellers, IT specialists and also our clients to deliver the application-demos or MVPs . You will also have the opportunities to work at the client’s site or participate in events such as Hackathons and run workshops. To do this, you need to have experience in programming with modern languages and understand the concepts of modern PaaS environments like IBM Cloud or AWS, Azure, Google, as well as interest in data and AI challenges.
