The Infrastructure Analytics ART is part of Swisscom's Data, Analytics, and AI division. We are dedicated to developing and operating the best monitoring and analytics tools to empower Swisscom to provide the best network.

2/3The products

Our agile release train consists of several teams that develop and operate a suite of products to support insights on the entire Swisscom infrastructure.

As technical product manager, you own the program backlog and drive the strategic vision and roadmaps of these products. You are accountable for defining, measuring and evaluating the business impact metrics and benefit hypotheses, driving overarching objectives and establishing feature acceptance criteria.

3/3Skill Check

As a Product Manager Infrastructure Analytics you have a few years of technical product management experience and a passion for Artifical Intelligence, Big Data or Cloud. This is what you bring with you:

Your professional profile

• BSc or MSc degree in computer science, related fields, or relevant work experience; MBA or similar degree is a plus.


• Passionate product leader with at least 7 years of experience in product management.


• Experience in operating large scale IT solutions in a telecommunications or related environment.

• Experience in ML/AI, applied understanding of data warehousing, big data, and data science.


• Experience in building product portfolios in a scaled agile development environment (e.g., SAFe).

• Strong customer focus, self-driven, strategic and long-term thinking, able to prioritize with operational excellence.


• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across technical and business domains.

• Ability to negotiate within a complex landscape of diverse stakeholder interests, and create alignment
