• Define and promote de engineering strategy and standards of the market unit


• Evaluate new engineering and process technologies, propose technical solutions


• Coordinate with divisional sales and manufacturing to further develop


• Lead the Engineering department of the market unit


• Develop team and manage the team to achieve targets


• Promote BAUMANN as the leading supplier of contact element solutions


• Handle technical RFQs from global customers in cooperation with the team promptly and professionally (e.g. technical proposals);


• Train customers in Contact Element application with focus on HV/MV and XEV;


• Handle technical complaints of global customers promptly and professionally


• Engage the customers’ technical department regularly to understand the potential needs and development of technology through regular visits and structured meetings;


• Extended knowledge in connecting solutions in high and medium voltage


• Involved in pre-development


• Technical seminars

• Master in Engineering


• Existing network in the area of research and development with customers from China and Europe (preferred)


• Experience working in electric industry, at least 5 years’ working experience in Medium or High Voltage


• Familiar with XEV/Connector market. Project management experience in automotive industry is a must


• Worked with international company is a must (global experience)


• Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must


• Interested to work for a Swiss Company
