Analyst Structured Finance

Your field of responsibility

 

Join us as a junior member in our Structured Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with senior members of the department. You will have the opportunity to gain an in-depth insight into the structuring, marketing and execution of a wide spectrum of structured financings for small and medium enterprises, large Swiss corporates and mid-market private equity transactions. You have the chance to perform a variety of tasks in the areas of credit analysis, financial modelling, review of due diligence, co-ordination of transaction processes and preparation of client marketing material as well as decision-making papers for senior management. It is a phenomenal opportunity to work in a multifaceted transaction business, work with a wide variety of clients in Switzerland and abroad and get exposure to senior stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

 

  • Recently completed bachelor's or master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences; ideally in business, economics, banking & finance

  • You combine first work experience within the financial sector with strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as corporate finance knowledge

  • An ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with an attention to details 

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills with problem solving capabilities and a positive personality

  • Proficient knowledge of MS office applications

  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in German as well as other European languages is a plus
