Position Summary


 


As an HR Trainee, you will be supporting the local HR team in the daily activities and ongoing HR Projects. We offer you a great opportunity to gain first work experience in Human Resources in a multinational work environment as part of the Nestlé Research & Development Center in Konolfingen.


A day in the life of an HR Intern


 



  • Initiate and follow up activities along the Employee Lifecycle such as entry process, transfer of employees, contractual changes and departure of an employee

  • Update workforce plan, entry and departure lists

  • Prepare salary comparison, salary proposals and initiate special payments

  • Support in Recruitment Process 

  • Provide administrative support within the different HR Processes

  • Analyse on a monthly basis the HR KPI and propose measures improvement

  • Collaborate with HR BP in different projects such as employee survey and audits 

  • Support the employees in different HR questions


What will make you successful


 



  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, focus on Human Resources

  • A first working experience, preferably in a large organization 

  • Good analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Native German speaking and fluent in English
