New License Manager (f/m/d)

To support our expansion to new markets, we are looking for a New License Manager (f/m/d) to be responsible for managing the license process for new insurance markets and product lines. 


This role can be located in any of our offices (Berlin, Zurich, Barcelona, Paris) or fully remote.


The role: 



  • You drive the application processes for new licences,coordinating various internal stakeholders from legal, finance, actuarial and product departments, as well as external agencies and regulatory bodies

  • You manage tight schedules to ensure licenses are submitted to ambitious timelines

  • You determine and communicate the critical path on the way to the final licence application, ensuring stakeholders are aware of dependencies

  • You define deliverables and due dates for all required input

  • You quality control deliverables from different functions


What you bring:



  • You have proven experience in a project management role

  • You bring a basic understanding of the insurance industry and know how the system behind it works

  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • You keep deadlines, even when it’s hard

  • You speak fluent English and German; other European languages (Italian, Spanish, French) are a plus
