Your tasks
You will work on challenging and fast-paced digital transformation programs.
You will work in an agile project environment.
You will consult our clients on end-to-end digital transformation, evaluating existing clients' business processes, support evaluating solution approaches and support designing implementations.
You will consult our clients on the ideal data management strategies and will assess clients' existing data maturity combining technical and business insights.
You will support clients building their future Data Governance organization.
You will be part of a growing, dynamic team combining data management skills and industry expertise.
Your profile
You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) in business, IT, engineering or business information systems or digital discipline and at least 5 years of experience in data management consulting preferably in pharma, life sciences, manufacturing/industrial products, chemicals, FMCG or NGOs.
You have strong knowledge in applications and tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, data analytics tools such as Alteryx etc.) and a profound understanding of related business processes playing a leading role in a large transformation program ideally combined with agile/SAFe experience.
You have strong knowledge in data management, data governance, data strategy or data migration.
You have a good understanding on how advanced digital technologies create value and depend on a solid data foundation (e.g artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, robotics, data privacy).
You have gained experience with IT and data architecture.
You are fluent in English (both spoken and written). German or French is a plus.
