You will support procurement projects in national and international companies in the industrial products, health industry, or consumer & retail sector and play a critical part in shaping the future for our clients.
You will analyze source-to-pay processes and solutions to derive improvement measures.
You will apply leading strategic sourcing methodologies and practices for cost optimization
You will design and implement new procurement operating models and develop a change management approach enabling a successful implementation and sustained results.
You will help expand the business, both via business development activities and project delivery.
You will develop an international professional network across the firm and with clients.
Your profile
You have a university degree and you have gained 2-4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year in a management consultancy firm.
You have experience with transformation projects in an international environment.
You have experience in operating model design, strategic sourcing, procure-to-pay processes, vendor contract management and source-to-pay digital solutions.
You have strong problem-solving skills and you are technologically proficient with experience in operating models along the source-to-pay process.
You have strong interpersonal skills combined with proactiveness and enthusiasm in delivering value to clients.
You are fluent in English and ideally German or French as well as flexible with regards to travelling.
